We are seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading HVAC installation projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and mentoring junior installers. Responsibilities
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners,heat pumps, and ductwork
- Lead and mentor installation teams to ensure efficient and high-quality workmanship
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site
- Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Complete necessary paperwork and job reports
Requirements
- 4+ years of HVAC installation experience (lead experience preferred)
- EPA Certification (Required)
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
